Convenient and fast!
1. Choose the product and submit an application
Add products to your cart and select Santander Consumer Bank's eRATY as the payment method. Fill out the e-application, choosing the most favorable loan term for you and any down payment. Then submit the completed e-application to the bank. Calculate the installment amount. The down payment is made according to the terms agreed with the online store - ask the online store for details.
2. Wait for contact from a Santander Consumer Bank consultant
A bank consultant will call you to complete additional data – prepare your ID and information about your income and its source. During the phone call, the consultant will provide the credit decision and information about the necessary documents to obtain the loan.
3. Sign the credit documentation
Further proceedings in the case of a positive credit decision depend on the method of concluding the loan agreement you selected.
- Online agreement: Santander Consumer Bank will make the credit documentation available for download in electronic form (PDF files), which you will confirm receipt of electronically. Then, to verify your identity, you must make a return transfer of 1 PLN to the account as instructed by the Bank in the Client Panel.
- Agreement delivered by courier: Santander Consumer Bank will send the credit documentation to you via courier. Before delivering the package, the courier will ask you to show your ID. Then, sign in the marked places, attach additional documents (if required), and hand the package back to the courier.
4. Product delivery
After Santander Consumer Bank receives the accepted (Transfer) or signed (Courier) credit documentation and verifies it positively, we will notify the online store about the possibility of processing your order. The seller will contact you to confirm the delivery conditions of the purchased product and make any down payment if you declared one.
