Products We Sell

All products offered through the Store are new and free from physical and legal defects.

Creating an Account in the Store

Purchasing the products we offer requires creating an account in the Store or providing personal data and delivery address details when purchasing a product. Creating an account, however, speeds up the ordering process and eliminates the need to enter your details each time you place an order.

Placing Orders

Clicking the "Order" button places a binding order for the products in your cart. We confirm the order via email immediately after it is placed. The contract is concluded upon your receipt of the order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill the order, for example, due to product unavailability, we will notify you via email and promptly refund the amount paid.

Payment Methods

In our Store, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Przelewy24
  • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Przelewy24
  • Bank transfer (mBank PL56114020170000471200123232)
  • Cash payment
  • Cash on delivery
  • Voucher payment
  • Installments via Santander
  • Leasing

If the Customer selects payment by bank transfer, electronic payments, or payment card, order processing will begin after the Seller’s bank account has been credited.

For each order, we reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods.

All refunds will be made automatically to the account used to pay for the ordered product. If payment was made via online bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same account.

See our privacy policy for more information about credit card security.

Intellectual Property Rights

Images, descriptions, and other information in our Store aim to accurately represent the offered products. We strive to ensure that all presented product information is up-to-date, complete, and accurate.

All rights to the Store and its offered products, including intellectual property rights to the name, trademarks, domain, form, graphics, articles, and images, belong to us or our business partners. Copying or distributing them may violate our rights or the rights of our business partners.

Submitted Content

It is prohibited to submit, send, or share any illegal content through the Store. If you become aware of any illegal actions by another user, you should notify us immediately by sending an email to the address provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions.

The technical requirements necessary for compatibility with the Store’s system are as follows:

  1. Access to an Internet-connected device
  2. A web browser

Right of Withdrawal

Complaint Procedure

You can submit a complaint by filling out the complaint form available here. If the complaint requires additional information, we will contact you for clarification. We aim to process your complaint within 14 days.

Applicable Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution

The governing law for these Terms and Conditions is Polish law. You can check the rules for using out-of-court dispute resolution and claims at the following address:
https://uokik.gov.pl/pozasadowe_rozwiazywanie_sporow_konsumenckich.php.

The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection also operates a contact point (phone: 22 55 60 333, email: kontakt.adr@uokik.gov.pl, or postal address: Pl. Powstańców Warszawy 1, Warsaw), whose task is, among other things, to assist consumers with matters related to out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.

For example, you have the following options for using alternative dispute resolution methods:

  1. Submitting a dispute resolution request to a permanent consumer arbitration court (more information at: http://www.spsk.wiih.org.pl/);
  2. Submitting a request for out-of-court dispute resolution to the regional inspector of the Trade Inspection (more information is available on the website of the Trade Inspection);
  3. Seeking assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a consumer protection organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection (e.g., Consumer Federation, Polish Consumer Association).

At http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, you can find an online platform for dispute resolution between consumers and businesses at the EU level (ODR platform). The ODR platform is an interactive and multilingual website that serves as a one-stop shop for consumers and businesses seeking out-of-court dispute resolution concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales or service agreements. More information is available on the platform's website or on the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection’s website:
