The Breath Builder set consists of a plastic body – a tube with three holes – and two straws, one thicker and one thinner, which allow for resistance adjustment during exercises. Training consists of keeping a small ball suspended inside the plastic tube.

Instructions for use:

• Take a deep breath – fill your lungs completely. Your abdomen should expand
• Blow strongly until the ball rises to the top
• Once the ball is at the top, switch smoothly and quickly from exhaling to inhaling while keeping the ball suspended
• Exhale while still keeping the ball up
• Repeat the entire cycle several times
• When this becomes easy, cover one of the holes with your finger
• The exercise will become more challenging – you can increase the difficulty by covering two holes
• One hole must always remain uncovered
