ErgoBrass supports make playing comfortable, efficient, and healthy. With ERGObrass, you can play effortlessly, whether sitting or standing. There is no need to search for reasons to use Ergobrass when playing the euphonium. A typical euphonium weighs 4–5 kg, plus the weight of your arms, which must be held up along with the instrument. The weight you need to manage is comparable to lifting three 1.5-liter bottles of water in each hand... every time you play.

This constant load causes tension in the arms, shoulders, neck, and back. Although we are accustomed to this weight, playing the euphonium continuously involves tension in the upper muscle groups. Imagine how much more comfortable playing would be with relaxed arms, shoulders, and neck.

Ergobrass helps you maintain a healthy, proper posture during play and supports correct and relaxed blowing.

An additional telescopic rod is available for both sitting and standing positions (as seen in the pictures). It gives the player more freedom of movement while playing. The additional telescopic rod is not included in the basic set and must be ordered separately. The rod consists of 5 parts and 4 comfortable height locks to achieve the desired position.

The ERGObrass euphonium support is designed to allow the player to fully relax their hands and upper body by offloading the weight. Instead, the support focuses the instrument's weight on the point of support (chair or harness). Your hands and arms remain relaxed.

The plastic handle is attached near the instrument's center of gravity and connects to a rod supported by a chair or a plastic handle suspended in a convenient harness. The spring mechanism ensures smooth playing. The euphonium freely floats atop the spring. The rod height is easily adjustable. The rod with a foot is intended for use while sitting, while the harness can be used in both sitting and standing positions.
