OPIS PRODUKTU

Eugeniusz Towarnicki: Flute Method

Flute Method by Eugeniusz Towarnicki was created in response to the lack of a modern Polish textbook for learning to play the flute. The author noted that the foreign methods previously in use, mainly German and French, had been written several decades earlier and therefore did not reflect the development of flute technique.

To make learning easier and more enjoyable, the author replaced traditional dry introductory exercises with Polish folk melodies. Selected pieces are supplemented by piano accompaniment, provided in a special appendix to the method.

A comprehensive section devoted to scales helps students develop proper playing technique and cultivate a beautiful, even tone. The publication also includes two fingering charts to assist students in mastering correct fingering.
