Gamy i pasaże for Piano, Vol. 3. Double Notes Technique

Product description:

The third volume of Gamy i pasaże na fortepian, edited by Zbigniew Drzewiecki, Jan Ekier, Jan Hoffman and Adam Rieger, is devoted entirely to the technique of playing double notes. The volume is divided into two parts: the first contains scales and related preliminary exercises, while the second presents a selection of studies and works from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Particular attention is given to fingering problems. Several fingering variants are provided in many exercises and works. These should be regarded as suggestions and may be adapted to the individual physical characteristics and abilities of the performer.
