JK EXCLUSIVE Trumpet Mouthpiece LEAD 7R L1

Characteristics:

The new LEAD mouthpieces are available in two types of cups:

• R – deeper
• S – shallower

Until now, the shallowest available JK trumpet mouthpieces had a G cup with a depth of approximately 14 mm, whereas the new LEAD mouthpieces feature cups of 9.8 and 9.6 mm, making them significantly shallower.

The LEAD mouthpieces also feature a new outlet diameter. Compared to the A1 version, the new L1 has a narrower inlet shank diameter that expands more significantly at the outlet. The mouthpieces have an inlet hole (connection between the cup and shank) of 3.6 mm.

The external profile has also been modified by slightly reducing the material. As a result, the mouthpieces deliver a bright, lead sound.
