The YBS-480 is the successor to the highly regarded YBS-32 model and represents the entry-level model in Yamaha's baritone saxophone lineup. It shares many similarities with the 62 and 82 models but has been specifically optimized to meet the needs of students and beginner saxophonists. The instrument's weight has been reduced to provide the best playing experience, and the new strap ring placement makes playing more comfortable than ever. With all these improvements, we are confident that a new generation of baritone saxophonists will begin their journey with a Yamaha instrument.
