YAMAHA YBB-202MS Bb Marching Tuba Silver-plated, with Case

The YBB-202MS is an excellent choice for any marching band. The large bell produces a powerful sound, while the instrument is light and ergonomic for easy transport. The design is much lighter compared to other similar instruments of this type. The adjustable lead pipe allows for tonal balance control of the tuba. The vertical valve layout improves playing comfort and hand positioning.

Vertical valve layout

The vertical valve layout ensures better comfort and a more natural hand position.

Designed by musicians

The YBB-202MS was designed in collaboration with the best musicians. The result is a more natural positioning of the instrument and greater mobility for musicians.

Double reinforcement between bows

The use of special construction solutions significantly improves the instrument's durability.

Large, 20-inch bell

This is the largest bell among all Yamaha tubas. It provides powerful sound – the best foundation for a consistent sound throughout the band.

Adjustable lead pipe

The adjustable lead pipe allows for individual configuration of the instrument, maintaining its center of gravity setting. The lead pipe is very stable and durable, ensuring it doesn't shift during performances.

Special pipe configuration

The special pipe configuration prevents condensation during long passages (e.g. "bell up" type).

Increased bell angle

The increased bell angle enhances the visual appearance of the tuba and improves sound projection.
