YAMAHA YSL-882GOR Tenor Trombone Bb/F, lacquered, with case

The Xeno series models feature a one-piece, hand-hammered bell made from thick brass to produce a unique, powerful orchestral sound. The open-wrap F-attachment allows air to flow freely throughout the instrument, ensuring a balanced tone and playing quality you must experience to believe. The sound is highly flexible and rich in tonal colors at any dynamic, whether you need powerful fortissimo or the most delicate melodies. It is likely one of the most expressive orchestral trombones ever made.

Developed in collaboration with top-tier artists

The advanced F-attachment mechanism enables smooth airflow to the additional slide, providing seamless tuning changes.

Reversed tuning slide design

Both the main slide and the F-attachment slide are reversed at their connections, reducing airflow restrictions.

Additional F-attachment slide with open wrap

The open-wrap system enhances playability and allows quicker note response with the additional slide.

By eliminating sharp bends in the tubing, we achieved smoother airflow, resulting in a more open tone and easier sound production.
