Yamaha Professional trombones have long been popular for their quick and agile response, very accurate intonation, and rich, warm tone. The new Pro series retains all these excellent features while adding some stylistic elements from our top-of-the-line Xeno trombones. Their sound projects well in all registers at any dynamic level. The series offers two different bore sizes to meet individual playing needs: the 620 features a strong orchestral sound with a large bore, while the 640 has a medium bore for versatility across all musical genres. Both models are equipped with two-piece bells for fast response. The narrow slide and medium-weight construction provide exceptional playing flexibility.
